Fang Beauty Clinic is a trading name of JRTUNG BEAUTY LTD, registered in Scotland, company number SC809869. Registered office: 149 Maryhill Road, Glasgow, G20 7XL. We are the controller of the personal information described here, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB809582.
What we collect
Booking form: your name, phone number or email, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred language and anything you choose to write in the message box. The form is not saved on this website. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with the message filled in, and it reaches us only if you send it.
Messages and calls: what you send us on WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, Xiaohongshu or by phone.
At your consultation: health and skin information we need to check that a treatment is suitable and safe for you, and treatment records. Please do not send detailed medical history or photos through the booking form; we will ask for what we need during the consultation.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange and manage appointments and deposits, and provide your treatment and aftercare. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on performing that contract.
Health information is used only to assess suitability and to care for you safely, with your explicit consent and, where it applies, for the provision of health care.
To keep records we are required to keep by law, insurance or professional guidance.
Who else sees it
Our clinic team. The messaging service you choose to contact us with (WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram or Xiaohongshu) carries your messages under its own privacy terms. Our website host processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site.
The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps. It loads only when you press “Show map”; Google may then set its own cookies. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client and treatment records are kept for as long as the law, our insurer and professional guidance require, and then deleted securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to limit or stop using it, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details below.
